Windows 10 updates to be 100% bug-free: Microsoft

Microsoft’s latest version of its flagship Windows OS, Windows 10, has recently been facing quite the backlash due to its poor functionality ever since the 1809 update rolled out in October 2018. The software-giant has been under the spotlight for all the wrong reasons, right from user data loss to disabling of the administrator account.

In an attempt to set things right, the company has devised a new strategy, which is yet to be formally announced. A Microsoft insider development team spoke to WCCFtech, where some information fundamental to the strategy was released. “Microsoft can now guarantee 100% continued stability from all future updates, by only updating the version number of current updates to a later one and issue them as an update. For example, version 1 would become version 2, then version 3 and so on. The jump between version numbers will be bigger if it’s a more significant improvement,” said the team.

The idea here is to make its customers update to the latest version of the OS before they usually do. The team also guarantees that it will make the OS 100% bug-free, promising a seamless experience for the users.
